FAQs

Quick answers to common questions from parents. If you can’t find what you need, just ask—we’re here to help.

How is my child collected after the session?
Collection depends on how your child is attending:
• If they are dropped off directly at the session, they can be collected at the end of the session.
• If they are coming from school wraparound care, we liaise with the school to ensure smooth handover.
Parents/carers will always be informed if plans change.
Who pays for the sessions?
Parents pay for the sessions. The standard rate is £9 per session, with discounts available for block bookings over a half-term or full term.
How do you group students?
Students are grouped by age and stage. We balance challenge and support so children are confident but stretched. Students may move groups as they progress.
How does feedback work?
Simple session notes, optional short clips, end-of-block summaries, plus quarterly reviews and optional parent/carer check-ins for alignment.
Are your assistants qualified?
Yes— Enhanced DBS-checked, with current Safeguarding and First Aid certifications.
