Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking or participating in any Active Starz Sports programme. By booking or attending our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Active Starz Sports (“Active Starz”, “we”, “our”) provides football coaching sessions, development programmes, masterclasses, holiday camps, player analysis, and related services. Details of each programme are listed on our website and booking pages.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made through our approved booking platforms (e.g. Cal.com).
Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds are only available in cases of session cancellation by Active Starz, or at our discretion.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, no refund will be issued.
If Active Starz cancels a session, you will be offered a replacement session or refund.
Missed sessions are non-refundable.

4. Player & Parent Responsibilities

Students must arrive on time with appropriate kit, footwear, and water.
Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off, collection, and ensuring children are medically fit to play.
Any medical conditions must be disclosed before participation.

5. Safeguarding & Welfare

Active Starz is committed to safeguarding and player welfare. All assistants are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding and first aid. Please see our Safeguarding Policy for more details.

6. Health & Liability

Participation in sport carries a risk of injury. Active Starz and its assistants will take all reasonable care but accept no liability for injuries, loss, or damage unless caused by negligence. Parents/guardians must ensure students are fit to participate.

7. Media & Photography

From time to time, Active Starz may take photos or videos for training analysis or promotional purposes. Consent will be requested separately during booking or registration.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
